1. Bring pork and 1 c. water to boil. Reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes. Drain, refrigerating reserved liquid.
2. Add rice, water, peaches, and pineapple to meat. Simmer 15 minutes.
3. Lift any grease off reserved liquid and
return juices to pot.
4. Continue to cook mixture 5 more minutes. Mash or puree.
