For 10 Months and Older

Ingredients:
 
1 fillet (around 1/2 cup) of any fish (cooked, or use a small can of tuna in water)
1/8 cup of milk
1 tbsp melted butter
1/8th cup cooked mashed peas
1/8th of a cup of cooked mash carrots
1/8th of a cup of cooked mashed potatoes

(When cooking the veg you can put them all in a colander above a saucepan and cook together for about 10- 15 minutes).
Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree as required, or just place in a bowl and mash. Serve or refrigerate as required.
 
You should only serve fish to your baby once a week to limit the amount of Mercury. Freeze individual portions to use later.
