He married Rosamond Green. Rosamond was born 1652. Rosamond died 1719 at 67 years of age. At 23 years of age Rosamond became the mother of Katherine McAtee 1675. At 23 years of age Rosamond became the mother of Edmund Charles McAtee 1675. At 28 years of age Rosamond became the mother of Patrick McAtee 1680. At 30 years of age Rosamond became the mother of Mary McAtee 1682. At 33 years of age Rosamond became the mother of Elinor McAtee 1685. At 36 years of age Rosamond became the mother of Rosamond McAtee 1688. At 42 years of age Rosamond became the mother of James McAtee in Charles Co. Maryland, March 25, 1695. In the name of God amen. I Rosamond Macketee of the Co & Province above menconed being of perfect since & memory do make this my last Will & Testament and making void all former wills by me made by word or writing & in a matter foll: Imp. I give & bequeath unto my grand daughter Francis Mackatee my best feather bed, ? , rug & blankets . The rest or remainder of my Estate of what nature survives after my just debts paid & the just debts & ? of my dec'd husband fully satisfied I give & bequeath to be divided equally amongst my seven children ? Edmond, Pat, & James Mackatee, Kathern Galahew, Mary Boswell, Elenor Clements & Erosamond Clements and I do appoint & ordain my son James Mackatee to be my whole ? Executor as well of this my last will as also of condition of my late dec'd husbands will & Estate in Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my seal this third day of March 1716. In the Name of God Amen. I Patrick Macketee of the above County make this my Last Will & Testament in manner and form foll. Disallowing all former Wills by me made either by word or writing this in manner & form foll: Imp. I give my soul to God and body to the earth.

Item I give & bequeath unto my sons ? Pat, Edmund & James Mackatee my tract of land I now dwell upon to be equally divided amongst them except Edmund to have northernmost part whereon his house is & plantation now is, to be divided by my trusty friends Mr. Wm Chandler & Mr. Anthony Nial according to the best of their judgement and discretion & the same to be ? good in Law. The rest of my Estate what nature ? after my just debts & engagement have been paid I give unto my dear wife Rosemond except one young heifer two years old I give my God son & grandson Pat Mackatee. I make & ordain my Dear wife Rosemond to be Execut. Of this my Last Will in Testament whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal this 5 day of October 1716. And further my will and desire is that ?? I divide my above land among my above Sons that my wife share the Plantation I now dwell on during her natural life excepting my son Edmonds part of the land. My ? to aply herself & be ? by A Neale in all matters relating to what I have above left her in Testimony of which I have hereunto set my hand & seal the day & year above written.
